Payments and Deposits
Onsite, Offsite & Add-ons:
$150 deposit required. Final balance must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking. or prior to your scheduled appointment, whichever comes first.
Cake & Toast:
$150 deposit required. Final balance due 72 hours after deposit or prior to your scheduled appointment, whichever comes first.
Celebrate & Intimate Soiree:
$150 deposit required First installment due 5 days after deposit. Final balance due 60 days before wedding day, or prior to your scheduled appointment, whichever comes first.
Balances & Installments:
Must be paid within the applicable time frame using one of the following payment methods: Apple Pay, cash, Cash App, check, money order or Zelle.
All payments are non-refundable.

Early & Late Arrival Notice:
Please aim to arrive on time at your scheduled appointment time. Early & late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may not be accommodated. Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more are subject to late fees and possible rescheduling or cancellation. If you find that you will arrive early or late, please contact us as soon as possible. Refund Policy
At Marry Me Philadelphia, we are committed to providing exceptional wedding services and ensuring our clients' satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may arise where cancellations or rescheduling is necessary. Please carefully review our refund policy, which emphasizes our strict no refund policy and outlines our cancellation and rescheduling guidelines:
1. All payments made for our services are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in plans, personal reasons, or force majeure events.
2. Cancellation Policy:
a. If a cancellation is made by the client, all payments made, including the deposit, are non-refundable.
b. In the event of a cancellation, the client may be eligible to reschedule their event subject to availability and our rescheduling policy (outlined in point 3).
3. Rescheduling Policy:
a. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing (email or letter) at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event date.
b. Rescheduling is subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Marry Me Philadelphia.
c. If a rescheduling request is approved, the client may be required to pay an additional rescheduling fee.
4. Force Majeure Events: In the event that Marry Me Philadelphia is unable to fulfill its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, we will work with the client to find a suitable alternative or reschedule the event. However, no refunds will be provided in such cases.
5. It is the client's responsibility to carefully review and understand our refund policy, cancellation policy, and rescheduling policy before making any payments.
6. This refund policy is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our Terms of Service. We strongly encourage all clients to thoroughly read and understand the Terms of Service to ensure complete clarity on our policies.

Marry Me Philadelphia Wedding (“MMP”) Terms of Service (“TOS”)**
By making a payment and completing your reservation, you acknowledge that the TOS herein act as a contract between the couple (The Client) and MMP. Acceptance of the TOS in electronic format is the equivalent of signing a paper contract with MMP. This agreement must be electronically signed to complete your reservation. MMP reserves the right to change the TOS at any time, and package and pricing details are subject to change as well.

Arrival
- Please arrive on time, within a 10-minute window of your scheduled start time.
- Late arrivals may incur a $25 fee for every 10 minutes.
- Significant delays may lead to rescheduling or cancellation (additional fees may apply).
Refund Policy
- All payments to Marry Me Philadelphia are non-refundable.
- Refer to our Terms of Service (TOS) for more details.
Marriage License
- Obtain a marriage license from any Pennsylvania county at least 3 days before your wedding. It's valid for 60 days.
- Couples must bring a printed marriage license to the ceremony.
On-Site Wedding Rules at Keswick Collective
- We have a private bathroom and an option to 'hide the bride' with a private entry.
- Arrive fully dressed, as we do not have a bridal suite.
- Food and beverage consumption is allowed. BYO options available for certain packages.
- The venue includes seating for 28 guests.
- Extra guests are allowed only if previously approved.
- Our furniture layout is meticulously designed for your event; please do not rearrange.
- Loitering in outside areas is discouraged.
Parking
- Metered street parking is available. Click here for Park Mobile.
- Free parking on Sundays and in a lot across the street.
- Additional parking at Donaldson and Parkdale behind Keswick Theater for special arrangements.
- Our venue is ADA accessible.
