Please note that these ceremonies do not require a county-issued PA marriage license. Instead, we provide a keepsake certificate to commemorate your special day. Whether you're declaring your love for the first time or recommitting to your partner, we're here to make your ceremony unforgettable.

Express “Sign and Go” - Legal Package - $150
The Essence of Simplicity
• For those seeking a straightforward legal marriage.
• No guests - couple only.
• Includes officiant, marriage license signing.

All Elopement Packages Include:
Micro Elope - $500
30 min., up to 6 guests, with a standard, non-customizable ceremony. Includes officiant and a photo by the officiant.
Elope - $1000
45 min., up to 12 guests, includes the same offerings as the Micro Elope with more guest capacity and venue time. Add a champagne toast for the couple for $50.
Signature Elope - $1500
1 hour, up to 18 guests, includes the same offerings as the Micro Elope with more guest capacity and venue time. Add your choice of a grazing board & a champagne or cider toast for the couple for $200.

WEDDING PACKAGES w/ MICRO RECEPTIONS
All Wedding Packages Include:
Micro Wedding - $2000
90 min., up to 20 guests, with an enhanced, customizable ceremony. Includes options for readings and rituals like sand ceremonies, breaking the glass, and more, all conducted by the officiant or a guest. Inclusive of all the features listed above.
Wedding - $2500
2 hours, up to 28 guests, offering all the features of the Micro Wedding package but for a larger group and more venue time, allowing for a more traditional wedding experience.
Signature Wedding - $3000
2.5 hours, up to 36 guests, offering all the features of the Micro Wedding package but for a larger group and more venue time, plus 2 grazing boards of your choice, and wedding bell ribbon wands, ensuring a premium wedding experience.
All onsite packages include the officiant, validation and signing of the marriage license and a complimentary photo by the officiant. Customizations and additional rituals can provide a unique touch to the special day, catering to the couple's preferences and traditions.

Ceremony & Reception Package: Intimate Soirée
For those looking for an intimate sit-down ceremony and reception, the Intimate Soirée package is perfect for up to 30 individuals, including the couple. This package provides a cozy and elegant atmosphere for your closest friends and family to celebrate your union.
Base Rate: $4000
Duration: 4 hours total, including setup and breakdown
Includes:
- Seating for up to 30 with a sweetheart table for the bride and groom
- A dedicated space for a sit-down meal
- Basic decor and table settings
- BYO alcohol option
- Catering coordination available (catering costs not included in base rate)
- Full access to AV equipment for music and speeches
- Personalized event coordination
Ceremony & Reception Package: Grand Gala
The Grand Gala package is designed for larger gatherings of up to 60 guests, including the couple. It’s an ideal choice for those who envision a lively cocktail-style reception where guests can mingle and celebrate.
Base Rate: $5000
Duration: 4 hours total, including setup and breakdown
Includes:
- Cocktail setup with various stations and high-top tables
- Light, ambient decor to suit a festive cocktail reception
- BYO alcohol option
- Catering coordination available (catering costs not included in base rate)
- Use of AV equipment for music to keep the party going
- Event coordination to ensure a smooth flow from ceremony to reception
Both packages offer an intimate, fully decorated venue space that can be customized to fit your vision. Additional services such as bartender, live violinist, and special furniture or decor rentals can be arranged to complement your celebration.
PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS
Sign & Go - Elopes:
Sign & Go - Elope packages must be paid in full at the time of booking.
Weddings - Ceremony & Receptions:
Save Your Date & Time with a $200 deposit (non-refundable) which is applied towards your balance. First installment due 5 days after deposit. Final balance due 60 days before wedding day. First installment & final balance must be paid by Apple Pay, cash, Cash App, check, money order or Zelle. All payments are non-refundable. PLEASE CONFIRM AVAILABILITY PRIOR TO BOOKING.
Early & Late Arrival Notice:
Please aim to arrive on time at your scheduled appointment time. Early & late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may not be accommodated. Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more are subject to late fees and possible rescheduling or cancellation. If you find that you will arrive early or late, please contact us as soon as possible. Offsite Weddings
Bring your dream wedding to life at your chosen venue with our Enchanted Offsite Wedding packages. These packages offer the perfect variety for couples seeking a basic, premium or personalized ceremony at a location of your choice that holds special meaning, with our team ensuring a seamless and enchanting event. All options include the validating of your marriage license to make it official.

Park Permit and Coordination: We handle securing the 4-hour park use permit and coordinate all the logistics for your special day.
Ceremony Setup: Includes delivery and setup of 28 chairs, a wedding arch, ceremony 'this way' signs, and a runner to create a beautiful aisle.
Officiant Services: A professional officiant to conduct your ceremony and sign your marriage license.
Event Coordinator: On-site coordinator to oversee the event and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Photography Services: Professional photography coverage for 1 hour including before, during and after the ceremony.
Optional Add-On
Violinist: Add a touch of elegance with a violinist playing for 30 minutes during your ceremony or reception for an additional $300.

Availability

• Booking is subject to availability confirmation by Colleen at MMP. Unauthorized reservations may be subject to rescheduling or cancellation per our TOS.
Payments and Refunds
• All payments are non-refundable. By booking and making a payment, you agree to our TOS and refund policy.

Reservations
• After availability confirmation, select and book your package online.

Late Fees
The Client agrees to notify MMP as soon as possible of late arrival. The Client understands that any excessive lateness (11+minutes) of the originally scheduled wedding ceremony time may create a serious conflict with other scheduled MMP events and may prevent the Officiant from performing your ceremony. If MMP is able to accommodate your late arrival, client agrees to pay late fee of $25/10 min. Client must pay late fee prior to the signing of the marriage license. Client understands that lateness will shorten the allotted time for their event. MMP will make every attempt to accommodate clients who are late but is not required to notify the Client and cannot be held responsible for the Client that cannot be reached.
Confirmation
• Post-booking and TOS submission, we’ll confirm your reservation and add it to our calendar.
Payment Methods
• Besides regular checkout, we accept Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.
• Contact us for alternative payment methods. Note: PayPal and Venmo Goods & Services may incur additional fees.
Payment Requirements
• Full payment required for onsite Legal, Elope, Wedding and Virtual packages.
• Full payment due 30 days prior.
• Failure to complete payment can result in event cancellation and loss of deposit.
At Marry Me Philadelphia, we are committed to providing exceptional wedding services and ensuring our clients' satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may arise where cancellations or rescheduling is necessary. Please carefully review our refund policy, which emphasizes our strict no refund policy and outlines our cancellation and rescheduling guidelines:
1. All payments made for our services are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in plans, personal reasons, or force majeure events.
2. Cancellation Policy:
a. If a cancellation is made by the client, all payments made, including the deposit, are non-refundable.
b. In the event of a cancellation, the client may be eligible to reschedule their event subject to availability and our rescheduling policy (outlined in point 3).
3. Rescheduling Policy:
a. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing (email or letter) at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event date.
b. Rescheduling is subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Marry Me Philadelphia.
c. If a rescheduling request is approved, the client may be required to pay an additional rescheduling fee.
4. Force Majeure Events: In the event that Marry Me Philadelphia is unable to fulfill its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, we will work with the client to find a suitable alternative or reschedule the event. However, no refunds will be provided in such cases.
5. It is the client's responsibility to carefully review and understand our refund policy, cancellation policy, and rescheduling policy before making any payments.
6. This refund policy is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our Terms of Service. We strongly encourage all clients to thoroughly read and understand the Terms of Service to ensure complete clarity on our policies.
