At Marry Me Philadelphia, we are proud to extend our services beyond traditional weddings. We are delighted to offer Commitment Ceremonies and Vow Renewals, following the same package structure as our wedding offerings.
Please note that these ceremonies do not require a county-issued PA marriage license. Instead, we provide a keepsake certificate to commemorate your special day. Whether you're declaring your love for the first time or recommitting to your partner, we're here to make your ceremony unforgettable.

Payments and Deposits
Onsite, Offsite & Add-ons:
$150 deposit required. Final balance must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking. or prior to your scheduled appointment, whichever comes first.
Cake & Toast:
$150 deposit required. Final balance due 72 hours after deposit or prior to your scheduled appointment, whichever comes first.
Celebrate & Intimate Soiree:
$150 deposit required First installment due 5 days after deposit. Final balance due 60 days before wedding day, or prior to your scheduled appointment, whichever comes first.
Balances & Installments:
Must be paid within the applicable time frame using one of the following payment methods: Apple Pay, cash, Cash App, check, money order or Zelle.
All payments are non-refundable.

Early & Late Arrival Notice:
Please aim to arrive on time at your scheduled appointment time. Early & late arrivals of more than 10 minutes may not be accommodated. Late arrivals of 10 minutes or more are subject to late fees and possible rescheduling or cancellation. If you find that you will arrive early or late, please contact us as soon as possible. Availability
• Contact us at (215) 589-7000 or (215) 237-9209, or email marrymephiladelphia@gmail.com to confirm your preferred wedding date and time.
• Booking is subject to availability confirmation by Colleen at MMP. Unauthorized reservations may be subject to rescheduling or cancellation per our TOS.
Payments and Refunds
• All payments are non-refundable. By booking and making a payment, you agree to our TOS and refund policy.

Reservations
• After availability confirmation, select and book your package online.
• Complete the TOS form here (link to TOS google form) to finalize your reservation.
Late Fees
The Client agrees to notify MMP as soon as possible of late arrival. The Client understands that any excessive lateness (11+minutes) of the originally scheduled wedding ceremony time may create a serious conflict with other scheduled MMP events and may prevent the Officiant from performing your ceremony. If MMP is able to accommodate your late arrival, client agrees to pay late fee of $25/10 min. Client must pay late fee prior to the signing of the marriage license. Client understands that lateness will shorten the allotted time for their event. MMP will make every attempt to accommodate clients who are late but accommodation is not required or guaranteed. MMP will attempt to notify the Client and cannot be held responsible for a Client that cannot be reached in the event of canceled or rescheduled appointments due to client lateness.
Confirmation
• Post-booking and TOS submission, we’ll confirm your reservation and add it to our calendar.
Payment Methods
• Besides regular checkout, we accept Apple Pay, Cash App, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.
• Contact us for alternative payment methods. Note: PayPal and Venmo Goods & Services may incur additional fees.
Payment Requirements
• Full payment required for onsite Legal, Elope, Wedding and Virtual packages.
• Full payment due 30 days prior.
• Failure to complete payment can result in event cancellation and loss of deposit.
At Marry Me Philadelphia, we are committed to providing exceptional wedding services and ensuring our clients' satisfaction. We understand that circumstances may arise where cancellations or rescheduling is necessary. Please carefully review our refund policy, which emphasizes our strict no refund policy and outlines our cancellation and rescheduling guidelines:
1. All payments made for our services are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to changes in plans, personal reasons, or force majeure events.
2. Cancellation Policy:
a. If a cancellation is made by the client, all payments made, including the deposit, are non-refundable.
b. In the event of a cancellation, the client may be eligible to reschedule their event subject to availability and our rescheduling policy (outlined in point 3).
3. Rescheduling Policy:
a. Rescheduling requests must be made in writing (email or letter) at least 30 days prior to the scheduled event date.
b. Rescheduling is subject to availability and at the sole discretion of Marry Me Philadelphia.
c. If a rescheduling request is approved, the client may be required to pay an additional rescheduling fee.
4. Force Majeure Events: In the event that Marry Me Philadelphia is unable to fulfill its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events, we will work with the client to find a suitable alternative or reschedule the event. However, no refunds will be provided in such cases.
5. It is the client's responsibility to carefully review and understand our refund policy, cancellation policy, and rescheduling policy before making any payments.
6. This refund policy is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our Terms of Service. We strongly encourage all clients to thoroughly read and understand the Terms of Service to ensure complete clarity on our policies.
